About HOPE

Enabling inclusive learning for every mind and innovation for every future

Yermek Mazhitov

General Director, HOPE Foundation

The HOPE Foundation (Help Others Pursue Education) was founded on a simple belief: education creates opportunities, connects people, and transforms communities. From the beginning, HOPE has focused on bringing together people and organisations that share a commitment to improving education and creating meaningful opportunities for learners, educators, and institutions.

Over time, this vision has developed into an international platform connecting education professionals, schools, universities, governments, experts, and organisations. Education remains at the core of HOPE’s work, with a focus on areas such as inclusive education, educational technology and AI, educational innovation, and international cooperation in education. Through these areas, HOPE creates programmes, partnerships, and opportunities that connect local education ecosystems with international expertise. Today, HOPE continues to build these bridges, supporting educational innovation and helping partners turn ideas into practical, sustainable initiatives.

HOPE is more than an organisation. We are a platform that brings together educational institutions, government bodies, international experts and technology partners to contribute to the development of education, including inclusive education and equal opportunities.

Our work is built around connection and collaboration.

We create spaces where different sectors can meet, exchange expertise and turn conversations into meaningful initiatives. Through international summits, congresses, educational projects and professional dialogue, HOPE connects those who shape education from different perspectives.

Our focus goes beyond inclusion alone. We work at the intersection of education, inclusion, AI, EdTech and responsible innovation, exploring how new approaches and technologies can improve learning while ensuring that progress remains accessible to different people and communities.

HOPE also helps bring Kazakhstan into the wider international education dialogue. Through initiatives such as the World Inclusion Congress 2025 and AI for Education Summit 2026, we have created platforms connecting local and international expertise, institutions and ideas.

And collaboration remains at the heart of what we do.

If you represent an educational institution, technology company, government organization, NGO or expert community and have an idea, technology or expertise that could contribute to the future of education, we are open to exploring what we can build together.

Connect. Create. Advocate. Collaborate.

We help organisations turn goals into clear strategies, dependable solutions, and consistent execution that delivers measurable results. By combining industry knowledge, proven processes, and continuous improvement, we ensure every engagement creates lasting value.

We support clients across planning, implementation, and ongoing operations—delivering reliable service, accountable teams, and outcomes they can track.
