Paddy McGrath is an education and technology leader, keynote speaker and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience working across education, EdTech and digital transformation.
He has worked with schools, technology companies, governments and education systems internationally, helping organisations think differently about access, inclusion, innovation and the role technology can play in expanding opportunity.
A long-standing advocate for inclusive design and equitable access to learning, Paddy is known for the phrase, “Necessary for some. Useful for all.” His work focuses on the practical realities of building education systems and technologies that work for a wider range of people from the outset.
He is also the founder of Enable, an advisory business supporting organisations with strategy, growth, AI transformation and education technology.
